It didn’t start with a business plan just me messing around with design during uni and realising I actually loved it. I had no clue what I was doing, but it felt right and I kept going. That one random project turned into a proper interest and it made more sense to me than anything else had.
Later I worked in a small agency where everything moved quickly. I picked up a lot not just content but how hard it is behind the scenes running a business. I saw how business owners were constantly spinning plates, trying to stay on top of things while wearing about ten hats. That stuck with me.
It made me realise that content and strategy aren’t just about making things look good they’re about giving people breathing room. That’s why I started white labelling and offering support in the background. I found my place in helping things run better whilst quietly taking tasks off people’s plates, keeping things consistent and making sure the creative side didn’t slip through the cracks.
I don’t try to do everything anymore. I focus on the parts I enjoy and do best. Content planning, creative direction and making things feel clear.
