Postiz-Pub is provided for social media publishing and scheduling by Thrive Social Studio and its managed workspaces.

Users are responsible for ensuring that connected social accounts, content, media, captions, scheduled posts, and publishing activity comply with applicable laws, platform terms, and client permissions.

The service may connect to third-party platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Those platforms are operated independently and their own terms and policies also apply.

We may suspend or remove access where use is unauthorised, abusive, unlawful, or creates operational or security risk.

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Social Studio is not liable for indirect loss, platform outages, failed publications, or third-party platform changes.
